Our Vision
Every child in Australia knows, “I am the boss of how I think, feel and act.”
Smiles All Round was established in 2006 and is now one of the largest private psychology and counselling centres in South Australia’s Limestone Coast region.
Our practice
At Smiles All Round, we offer assessment and therapy services for young people (approximately ages 2–25), young adults, and families, with a focus on emotional regulation, developing social connection and competencies, anxiety and stress management, resilience, confidence/self-esteem, learning, family relationships, and parenting/caregiver support. We are committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those who identify with or have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Intellectual Disability. We recognise and value the unique strengths, perspectives, and needs of every person we support. Where possible, we work in collaboration with parents, educators, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic support—empowering young people and families to build strong mental health, meaningful relationships, and a sense of wellbeing across all areas of life.

Our passionate team is dedicated to supporting and equipping parents, caregivers, and educators with the tools to foster strong mental health and resilience in children, young people, and their families. We currently operate across two locations—Naracoorte and Goroke (Victoria), providing services to families throughout the South East of South Australia and the West Wimmera region. Support is offered in person, online, and at selected educational sites across the Limestone Coast, Tatiara District, and West Wimmera. Smiles All Round offers a fun, flexible, friendly, and supportive work environment.
